The RingConn Gen 2 is an elegant smart ring designed for discreet, everyday monitoring of health and recovery. It monitors sleep stages, respiratory rate, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), skin temperature, and stress levels. The sleep apnea monitoring feature helps detect signals that may affect the quality of nighttime rest.

With a thickness of just 2 mm, a weight of 2 g, and a durable construction made of titanium with medical-grade epoxy resin, the ring is comfortable even when worn continuously. IP68 protection and water resistance up to 100 m allow it to be used while washing your hands, exercising, and swimming. For the best measurement accuracy, wearing it on the index finger is recommended, but the ring can also be worn on the middle or ring finger.
