The HMS HHW06 massage hula hoop has a modular construction consisting of 16 parts. A minimum of 12 parts must be used to close the hoop; depending on their number, the inner diameter can be adjusted from 24 to 34 cm. An anchor with four ball bearings and an integrated counter moves along the hoop's track, displaying the number of rotations.
The 400 g weight is attached with an adjustable cord measuring 20 to 38 cm. A longer cord increases the resulting centrifugal force during exercise. The inner side of the hoop is equipped with massage projections with springs that dampen vibrations and massage the waist area. The workout intensity can be adjusted by changing the cord length and the speed of hip movement.
The set includes the HMS BR163 neoprene slimming belt with a practical hook-and-loop fastening. The elastic material adapts to the body shape, while the mesh on the inside supports sweat removal and air microcirculation. The belt is suitable for both men and women and can be used during workouts and everyday activities.
