The HMS HHM13 is an adjustable massage hula hoop designed for home exercise. It consists of 12 standard segments and one segment with magnets; at least 9 pieces must be used to close the hoop. The internal massage elements mounted on springs absorb vibrations from the rotating weight and provide a pleasant massage of the waist area.
A weight is attached to an anchor moving along the inner track by an adjustable cord. By changing its length from 15 to 30 cm, the training intensity can be adjusted – a longer cord increases the centrifugal force of the weight. The magnetic block is equipped with 8 negatively polarized magnets. The LCD display on the anchor shows the training time, estimated calories burned, rotation speed and total number of rotations.
The set also includes the HMS BR163 slimming neoprene belt for men and women. The elastic material and hook-and-loop fastening allow comfortable adjustment to the body. The inner mesh supports sweat removal and air circulation. The belt can be used during training and regular everyday activities.
