The HMS HHM14 massage hula hoop has a modular construction consisting of 21 parts, with a minimum of 11 parts required to close the hoop. Its size can be adjusted to fit a waist circumference of 76 to 113 cm. An anchor with four ball-bearing wheels moves along the inner track and is connected to a rotating weight weighing 380 g.
The length of the weight cord can be adjusted from 16 to 32 cm. A longer cord increases the resulting centrifugal force during exercise. The inner side of each part is equipped with massage protrusions containing magnets, which make the hoop's contact with the waist area more comfortable. The large LCD display shows workout time, estimated calories burned, number of rotations and rotation speed.
The set also includes the HMS BR163 neoprene belt with an adjustable hook-and-loop fastening. The elastic material adapts to the body, while the inner mesh supports sweat wicking and air circulation. The belt is intended for both men and women and can be used during workouts and regular daily activities.
