The AMZCHEF induction cooktop with two cooking zones allows you to prepare multiple dishes at the same time. The Power Sharing system automatically distributes the available power between both zones and adjusts it according to the selected setting. When using a single zone, it provides a maximum power of up to 1,800 W, while when both zones are in use, the power is divided, for example, into 1,350 W + 450 W or 900 W + 900 W.
You can choose from 20 power levels for gentle warming, cooking, and intensive frying, as well as 20 temperature settings from 50 to 240 °C. The built-in timer of up to 4 hours helps monitor cooking time during cooking, simmering, and slow heating.
