24 V voltage balancer for 2× 12V batteries, 5 A, AGM GEL LiFePO4

This balancer for a 24V battery system is designed for two 12V batteries connected in series. It continuously monitors their voltage and automatically performs balancing with a current of up to 5 A when differences occur. This reduces the risk of damage to the less charged battery and contributes to more efficient use of the entire battery assembly.

The compact design with a flame-retardant housing, built-in reverse polarity protection and LCD display provides clear operation and monitoring. The display shows the battery voltages, balancing status and balancing current. The device is powered directly by the connected batteries, so it does not require an external 230 V AC power supply.

Balancing modes and applications:

• Automatic mode – balancing starts when the battery assembly is fully charged or when the voltage is low.
• Forced mode – for assemblies with a significant voltage difference.
• Manual mode – for testing the balancer or temporarily equalizing the voltage.
• Stop balancing – allows the process to be ended at any time.
• Suitable for caravans, motorhomes, boats, photovoltaic systems, electric vehicles, forklifts and backup power systems.

Before installation, make sure that both batteries are fully charged and are of the same type and capacity. The difference between their voltages should not exceed 0.2 V. The black wire is connected to the negative terminal of the entire 24V assembly, the red wire to the positive terminal and the additional wire to the connection point between the batteries.
