The SUNSUN CPF-5000 is a compact pressure filter for ponds, ornamental water features and aquariums. The filter media capture fine impurities, sediment and organic residues. At the same time, they create a suitable environment for beneficial bacteria, which contribute to the natural decomposition of organic matter and help maintain the biological balance of the water.
The integrated 11 W UV-C sterilizer helps reduce algae growth in the water column. UV-C radiation causes the algae to clump together, making them easier for the filtration system to capture. The combination of mechanical, biological and UV-C filtration supports effective water quality care.
The pressure design allows the filter to be placed discreetly, for example along the edge of the pond. A practical filter media cleaning system and clogging indicator are also included. The purified water can be directed to a cascade, stream or other decorative feature above the level of the filter. The pump is not included and must be purchased separately.
