Joker CA glue in gel can quickly bond, for example, metal, glass, wood, rubber, plastic (in small quantities), ceramic surfaces, EPP and other materials. In model-making practice it is indispensable especially for gluing wood, where it quickly creates a strong, tight and permanent bond.
The gel consistency ensures that the glue does not seep across the bonded surface and stays exactly where you apply it. You will appreciate this especially in situations where the bonded part cannot be laid horizontally. Compared to thinner CA glues it cures a bit more slowly, so when gluing larger areas, after spot application in multiple places you still have a few to several tens of seconds to correctly seat and align the parts.
For instant curing, the glue can be used together with Joker activator (accelerator) spray, which after application at the joint quickly finishes the bonding process. When working, follow safety rules: the glue bonds human skin very quickly, is highly toxic, and its fumes are harmful. It is not intended for minors without strict adult supervision. After opening, it is recommended to store it in a refrigerator or another cool place away from sunlight and heat sources. A CA glue debonder may also be available for neutralization in case of unwanted bonding.
Use warning: CA glues (regardless of viscosity) are not recommended for bonding paper, polystyrene (styrofoam), depron, light polystyrene foams, fine fibers and other textile materials, nor for precise plastic scale modeling – etching, unwanted curing, or surface deformation may occur.
