A practical set of 3 RENEW FORCE® step drill bits allows drilling and enlarging holes from 4 to 32 mm without constantly switching standard drill bits. Thanks to HSS steel with a titanium coating, 2 mm step increments and a 6 mm hex shank, you get stable clamping, smooth hole enlargement and more comfortable work; the set also includes a practical case.

The RENEW FORCE® step drill bit set is designed for precise creation and gradual enlargement of holes in thin sheets, metal profiles, enclosures and selected plastics. The step design makes it possible to stop drilling exactly at the required step – the sizes are clearly marked on the tool – which saves time during assembly, installation and locksmith work.

Ranges in the set cover common workshop and installation diameters and allow enlarging already-made holes without “snatching” material removal thanks to 2 mm step increments.

When drilling into metal, it is recommended to use oil or a cooling/lubricating agent to reduce heating and cutting-edge wear. The service life of the drill bits depends on the machined material, RPM, feed pressure and the use of cooling.
