Wireless Bluetooth 5.0 connection lets you pair the adapter with your phone and conveniently view fault codes and selected live data in a compatible app. Connection stability may vary depending on the phone, system, app, and surrounding conditions.

Plug & play into the OBD2 socket

Just find the OBDII connector in the vehicle, plug in the adapter, switch on the ignition, and set it up in the app. The adapter is powered directly from OBD2 (12 V) – no external cables.

OBDII protocol support for broad compatibility

The device supports common OBDII protocols: ISO 9141, KWP2000, SAE J1850 PWM, SAE J1850 VPW and CAN. Intended for passenger cars with a 12V system and an OBDII connector (model year alone does not guarantee compatibility).

The Renew Force® OBDII diagnostic interface lets you find basic information about the vehicle’s condition without an immediate visit to a service shop. After plugging into the OBD2 connector, the adapter is powered directly from the vehicle (12 V) and sends data via Bluetooth to a compatible diagnostic app on your phone.

The device supports standard OBDII functions useful for indicative diagnostics before a repair or a service visit:

Reading fault codes stored in the engine control unit (display of the code and description depends on the app used).
Clearing standard fault codes and the option to turn off the check engine light after the cause is removed (depending on the app’s capabilities). Note: clearing the code itself does not fix a mechanical or electrical fault.
Monitoring parameters in real time – e.g. engine RPM, coolant temperature, vehicle speed, engine load, system voltage, and selected fuel/intake system data (the range varies by vehicle, ECU, and app).

Bluetooth 5.0 ensures convenient wireless use and the adapter offers plug & play installation without an additional power cable. After approx. 30 minutes of inactivity it switches to power-saving mode; for longer parking it is recommended to unplug the adapter.
