For a quick start without complicated setup, you can use 5 preset programs with alternating intensity, or set the intensity manually. The platform creates multi-directional vibrations, which provide an additional stimulus for muscles in various positions and exercises (e.g., legs, thighs, glutes, and core). Vibration parameters: 7–13 Hz and amplitude 0.8 mm.
