Joker cyanoacrylate glue with a thick consistency is intended for situations where you need the glue to stay exactly where you apply it – for example when bonding on a vertical surface or in hard-to-position places. Compared to thin CA glues, it provides a slightly longer time for precise alignment of parts, which is especially beneficial when joining larger areas.
In model work with wood, the thick version has the advantage that it does not soak into the wood structure as quickly and after application it stays better on the surface – making it suitable for bonding larger and thicker pieces of wood where precise fitting is required.
Recommendations and safety:
Warning: CA glue (regardless of thickness) is not recommended for bonding paper, polystyrene (styrofoam), depron, lightweight polystyrene foam, fine fibers and textile materials, or for precision plastic modeling – it may cause unwanted etching, excessive curing, or deformation of very delicate surfaces.
