The angled design of the IEC 320 C7 connector makes it easier to plug in where there is little room (e.g. by a wall or behind furniture). The cable routes more naturally and the connector is not unnecessarily stressed by bending.
The cable is made with an emphasis on safety and stable power delivery and has VDE certification. Molded strain relief at the ends helps protect critical points at the connectors during normal use.
The Lanberg angled power cable is a practical solution for devices with the so-called “figure-8” (C7) power input. On one side you will find a flat CEE 7/16 (Euro) plug for standard sockets and extension leads, and on the other side IEC 320 C7 – common on many AV devices and office equipment. Thanks to quality workmanship and VDE certification, the cable is designed for stable and safe power delivery.
A major advantage is the angled terminations on both ends – the cable routes better close to a wall, does not take up unnecessary space behind furniture, and reduces stress on the connectors when connected in tight spaces (e.g. by a wall, behind a table, in a rack). Both ends are also equipped with molded bend protection (strain relief), which helps extend the cable’s service life.
