The HMS HHM15 is a fitness hoop designed for home workouts. Its construction consists of up to 16 connecting sections with a rail for an anchor featuring four ball-bearing wheels. The hoop can be assembled from a minimum of 12 sections and adjusted to fit a waist circumference of 78 to 110 cm.
A 400 g weight is attached to the anchor using an adjustable cord measuring 20 to 38 cm. A longer cord setting increases the centrifugal force of the weight and the intensity of the workout. The inner side of each section contains a massage protrusion with a magnet that massages the waist area during movement.

Regular hula hoop exercise supports active movement and engages the abdominal muscles, glutes and core. The hoop is made of durable PVC, ABS, PP, TPR and steel. It is not intended for commercial use.
