Detoa Mole and the blinking car is a traditional Czech wooden toy that combines several activities in one: driving, observing a moving function, and assembling. When the wheels are spun, the eye mechanism is immediately activated and the car blinks alternately while driving, so children can see a direct link between the movement of the wheels and the “coming to life” of the character.
The model can be taken apart into individual wooden parts and correctly assembled again. During assembly, children compare the shape of the parts, the position of the holes, and the correct order of the components, and after assembling they can check the free rotation of all the wheels. The Mole figure remains the central motif and supports creative play as well as short driving stories.
