The gray ELEGOO Rapid PLA+ filament is designed for fast and precise 3D prints, including prototypes, functional models, and structural parts. Its muted shade helps hide minor printing imperfections while highlighting the shape and details of the model. The plant-based PLA+ material is enhanced with additives for greater durability, flexibility, and crack resistance compared with standard PLA.
The filament melts quickly and flows smoothly from the nozzle, so with suitable printer settings it supports printing at speeds of up to 600 mm/s. The 1.75 mm diameter with a tolerance of ± 0.02 mm contributes to consistent feeding and reduces the risk of nozzle clogging. The material is machine-wound and then manually inspected to reduce the risk of tangling.
